The Leadership Circle Profile™ (TLC):

The Leadership Circle Profile is setting a new standard for leadership assessment and feedback.  Here is why:

  • Most surveys are a laundry list of behaviors.  The TLC integrates well-researched leadership competencies into a unified framework.
  • Most surveys merely report high and low scores.  The TLC framework shows leaders both how they are doing and spotlights the hidden motivators that drive successful and unsuccessful behaviors.
